Ken Rembert started The Bagel Bakery in 1999 and developed it into a mainstay of Gainesville with his dedication to an in-house, fresh-baked-daily product. Over the years, we have perfected the art and consistency of the noble bagel. In 2007, through Ken’s missionary work, we started – and have continued – a relationship with a village in Guatemala to bring in fair-trade coffee beans. We roast and brew all our coffee on-site. Ken’s love of a great bagel, great coffee, and high-quality service is carried on to this day by owner Jason Cole. We hope you feel our passion for what we serve and, more importantly, who we serve.
